she’s sorted into ravenclaw - the first weasley in recent memory to wear any house colours other than red and gold, and she wears the blue very well. in her second year she starts customizing her housemates’ schoolthings with her set of acrylics, charging them depending on the intricacy of the art they want. fifth year she decides she’s in love with teddy lupin and manages to get one of her muggleborn friends to sneak her pink hair dye when a boy a year above her who had tried to ask her to hogsmeade makes fun of his blue hair. it remains the most rebellious thing she has ever done, and she nearly vomits afterwards, worrying what her parents will say or if she’ll be expelled for breaking dress code. the grin that blooms across teddy’s features when he sees her walk in for dinner that night makes it more than worthwhile.
